Send a document via e-mail
All documents and program listings can be sent by e-mail by manually save option as a PDF file (save button on the preview window listing), and attaching the file to an e-mail.
For sending most common: budgets and invoices to customers and orders to sellers, the program has buttons on the screens that automate maintenance dispatch, automatically printed document in PDF format and draws up the mail (for, subject, text and attachment) taking data from the e-mail templates previously introduced as the language of the recipient (customer or supplier).
Once compiled the mail is displayed on a screen allowing manually add or modify the mail.
Pressing the button to send the e-mail with the attached document was sent directly to the addressee.
To be able to send emails from the program, you must first configure the account that will send emails with your account Configuration-> Preferences> E-mail
FIELDS OF THE SCREEN:
To: The addressee e-mail (customer or supplier)
E-mail Template button : It serves to manually select a template of existing e-mail. It can be used to change staffing at some particular case.
Topic and text: It takes default template e-mail established Configuration-> Preferences> E-mail. If the field configuration "according to language" it's not clean, seek the template for the language of the recipient ( the customer or supplier).
HTML format : To send an e-mail in HTML format check this field and copy the HTML code in the text from your HTML editor. If the e-mail containing images or logos, remember, which should aim for a picture accessible from the Internet (for example on his website), and that unless the recipient may not see them. This field takes default of the selected template.
Auto send a copy : There are most managers do not allow mail sending emails with attachments from an external program, deliveries of e-mail program do not use the default mail handler, which does not have a copy pick up your mail program. If you want to keep a copy, check this option so that the program will send a copy of the e-mail. This option is taken by default what you enter in Configuration> Preferences> E-mail
Confirmation: Check this field option to receive confirmation of receipt of the recipient.
