Customers Manager
This file contains data on the company's customers.
There is a customer file for each company that owns master files. Any companies that use master files from another company do not have this file in their directory. When you select this option in a company that uses the master files of another company, you will access the maintenance of the customer file of the owner company.
In addition to the general maintenance options, the following additional features are also available:
Maintenance screen:

Double-click any customer record to access the suite or the record for the customer. In Add or Edit mode, not all suite sections are displayed.
ACCESS: You will be able to access records using the following fields:
- Customer code
- Name
- Zip code
- Tax ID
- Customer group
- Sales rep
Send E-mail button. The default mail program you have installed (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.) is opened with a new message that includes the customer's e-mail address, where you will be able to write your message and send it.
Go to Website button. If an Internet connection is enabled, the default browser installed (Explorer, Firefox, etc.) will be opened with the address of the customer's website.
Find Substring button. This process allows you to search for a customer by name, legal name, contact person, address, city or town, e-mail address or website, selecting all customers with a specific substring in the search field. For example, if you search by address and enter the word 'Avenue' in the search string, all customer addresses that contain this string will be displayed.
Select a customer to change your data or consult in the suite of customer.
