terms of service To be an authorized affiliate of www.qinvoicing.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. The QSOFT affiliate program is governed by the following rules and conditions: 1. The admission to the affiliate program is absolutely free. 2. Anyone can join our affiliate program. Excluded websites with adult content, pornographic, racist, offensive and all links having to sites of this type. 3. It is forbidden to mention prices or quantities on the affiliates links , because we reserve the right to change prices of our products without notice. 4. The affiliate can use their affiliate link in any of its pages or web sites. They can not participate in our program sites with pornographic material for adults, adopt violence, abuse or promoting activities illegal. 5. It is prohibited to promotion by sending unsolicited e-mail (SPAM) of any kind, either in e-mails, newgroups, discussion forums, message forums, chats, and so on. The members who performed, will be discharged from the program and automatically lose all commissions earned. 6. Participation in this affiliate program is not, under any circumstances, the commercial establishment or any other kind, between the affiliate and QSOFT, affiliated web sites and/or Quim Herrera. The affiliate is an independent representative. No representations exclusive franchises or societies between the parties. 7. We reserve the right to make low to participants who violate this agreement at any time. The affiliate can cancel membership at any time, simply remove the links from their websites. 8. Each participant is responsible for declaring and/or pay all their taxes to the appropriate authorities in their country of residence. 9. QSOFT does not guarantee any amount to gain from participating in the affiliate program. Each participant may gain as their efforts and dedication. We also provide marketing materials and training in the control panel members. 1o. Payments to affiliates are made according to the balance sheet at the end of the month and the payment is issued on the last day of the following month, so long as the stock of affiliated or more of a $ 300 . Important note: the minimum by making the first payment is $ 350 . Example: if you have some commissions of $400 on October 31, will charge on 30 November. If the first payment and have less than $300 in commissions, the pair will accrue next month. 11. The affiliate is only responsible for its participation in the affiliate program. 12. We are not responsible for loss, damage and/or damages incurred as a result of the participation of members in this program or for the use or misuse of the information contained in any our promotional materials. 13. When the affiliate registering, the affiliate agrees to receive regular communications of new products, promotions, news of the affiliate program as well as tips and techniques you can use to improve their profits by promoting our products. 14. These rules and conditions may change without notice. Condemn the use of SPAM as a promotional tool. If you decide to participate in our affiliate program, you will have to avoid this practice.
